Since MediConsult^® began to professionally approach the North American market with its unique products, mostly the world leading Low-PEMF-device MRS2000+ designo^®, we have observed a huge increase of competition, especially through websites, who want to take advantage of our knowledge, marketing and our excellent reputation by using our devices and our references in their advertising for misleading comparisons thereby tracking away interested customers from our products to different, mostly questionable and not nearly comparable devices and products. It was and still is always an important part of our philosophy, that we will never publish any complaints about our friendly competitors nor any misleading information or comparison sheets. Competition is necessary and healthy as long as it is fair, transparent and most important true and legal.

Recently there is one particular site www . electromeds . com, which makes claims regarding our product MRS2000+ designo^® series. They appear on their site, as if they are official dealers of several PEMF-devices. Their website leads people to the fact, that they offer a neutral and generic platform for potential prospects of PEMF-devices. All information and claims on this particular website do not reflect our facts and opinions about our product MRS2000+ designo^® series. All claims regarding used MRS2000+ designo^® systems on this website including the claim, that there is still factory- warranty on these units are NOT true. We as MediConsult^®, the manufacturer of the MRS2000+ designo^® series do NOT cover any warranty from used systems, which are NOT inspected and certified by our own manufacturing. We also disassociate ourselves from the fact, that the comparison sheet on this particular website contains true and reliable sources. The information on this site about our product range MRS2000+ designo^® series are overall NOT true and don’t reflect the real facts. We tried several times within the last several months to request to speak with the owner of the website, but unfortunately there was no possibility to track the source. The URL www . electromeds . com is registered through a third part company in Ontario/Canada. The service number is not traceable and a warning letter by certified mail to the only person mentioned with a name, Michael Alpough, came back to us with the note of an invalid address. We have come to find out that Mr. Alpough is living somewhere in Mexico, now at an untraceable address.

It can be easily confirmed that Michael Alpough is not an authorized dealer of even the other PEMF-Devices which he tries to sell online by advertising aggressively with our MRS2000+ designo^® brand name.

Additionally we have confirmed from several sources that Dr. David Bowman, who Michael Alpough gets his supply of products from, is using a fictitious name and also claims to be a medical doctor living in Harvard Square with no legitimate address and no proof of his credentials. This is by the way a heavy case of misleading advertising, especially in the field of advertising cures laws!!

The complementary and alternative field of medicine (CAM-Section) is in the same way regulated as the classical medicine. This means, there are serious regulations and limitations, made by the numerous governments in the designated countries, how to market and advertise a CAM-Device. MediConsult^®´s responsibility is to acknowledge and respect the different country laws and fulfill the necessary requirements to import and market our products without any legal restriction. Our products fulfill all necessary high standards and are all certified for a safe and harmless use. We always officially declare the primary intent of use, once we import one of our products into a foreign country. Beside the fact, that the MRS2000+ designo^® series are certified within the European Union as medical devices Class IIA, our products (MRS2000+ designo^® and SkinDream^® TITANIUM) are also officially listed and regulated with the FDA within the CAM-Section.

It is our final responsibility to officially warn every prospect and customer to stay away from these dubious and misleading companies who just want to take advantage of well-known brands and products. Finally be also aware, that only trained representatives, who have the necessary knowledge, skills and certificates are allowed to offer and refer LOW-PEMF-devices. Every single MediConsult^® representative worldwide is obligated to attend these training courses. We do all that to protect the entire technology, to support our customers in the best possible way and even more importantly to respect and fulfill the legal stats and regulations of the countries we supply.
